The warranty period for the mobile homes is 2 years.

The home’s structure is certified according to European safety standards, ensuring reliable operation. Additional security options such as GPRS tracking devices and anti-theft mechanical protection are available.

The site does not require special preparation, as long as it’s level, and you can use paving slabs (50x50 cm) under the supports if necessary.

Production takes between two weeks to one and a half months, depending on the model and configuration.

SIA “Vianets” (Reg. No.: 40003545789) is registered in the Latvian business register since 2000 and operates under EU jurisdiction, following all laws and customer protections. We sign a contract and require a 50% deposit, with the remainder paid in installments after stages of production.

Also, you get access to your personal account, in which you control all stages of the construction of your house.

When the building is ready, you transfer the second part in the amount of 25% of the cost of the house. You pay the third part of the payment in the amount of 25% upon completion of production. Immediately after receiving the final payment, you can pick up the finished house yourself, or we deliver the house to you using partner logistics companies.
